How to Play

1. This is a closed game and is only open to invited players.

2. All applications to participate in the Game must be made online on the Last Man Standing website at lms.amaspain.co.uk and strictly in accordance with the relevant instructions. No applications to enter made in any other manner will be accepted.

3. While there is no limit on the number of entries, only one entry per unique email address is permitted.

4. Last Man Standing reserves the right to refuse to accept any application which, in Last Man Standing's opinion, does not comply with these terms and conditions or which contravenes the spirit of the Game.

5. The organisers of the Game will be the sole decision-maker of any matter of interpretation of the Game Rules and any aspect of the content of, or playing of, the Game. The organisers will not enter into correspondence relating to such matters, and their decision as to any matter arising out of or in connection with the Game Rules shall be final and conclusive.

6. Once you have been invited and registered, you will need to pay £10 to take part. Details for paying will be provided. If you have not paid, you will not be able to take part.

   Payment needs to be made to Grant Croshaw or Steve Potterill.

7. Pick one Premier League team to win per round from the Premier League games played between Saturday and Monday.

8. The team you pick must win their game in order for you to progress to the next round.

9. You cannot pick the same team twice (unless the tournament progresses past 20 weeks) - e.g. once you use Man Utd, you cannot pick Man Utd again in any future round.

10. Your selection for each round must be made on this website between Tuesday and Friday 00:00 GMT (midnight).

11. You may change your selection as often as you want up to Friday 23:00 GMT.

12. Should you forget to make your selection in any week, you will automatically be allocated the first team in alphabetical order that you have not previously selected — so please keep ahead of the game, especially if you're going on holiday. Leave your selection with a friend if needed.

13. Last Man Standing shall not be responsible if your selection has not been made in time. The alphabetical order will be defined as follows:

14. In the event that any match involving a team you have selected is postponed or cancelled on the day of the match for any reason, you will continue to the next round. Any matches cancelled or postponed during the week will be removed from the selection list, and if you have already made a selection from that match, you will be required to make a new selection. If you do not make a new selection, Rule 12 will apply.

15. Should two or more participants remain standing and all are eliminated in the same week, the Last Man Standing prize will be distributed equally among them.

16. While the organisers will endeavour to ensure that the Game is available to you at all times and that the contents are correct and accurate, they cannot make any legal commitment to you that this will be the case. However, the organisers will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing any service to you.

17. Any site users found to be attempting, or suspected of attempting, to hack into any servers or systems run by Last Man Standing will be immediately removed from the system and have any payments cancelled. Such users will have no recourse to any refunds, and Last Man Standing reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
